Azerbaijani State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents has appealed all governmental agencies to toughen control over imports of Chinese subquality children’s toys which are harmful for health.
A source at the committee said.
The source said that the committee has sent a warning to all businesses importing Chinese toys to the country.
The committee officials conducted the second monitor in the counters and found that entrepreneurs, in spite of serious warnings, continue to sell dangerous products to children.
“It was decided withdraw and destroy these goods,” a source said.
The committee is continuing the monitoring.
