The State Service for Control over the consumer market under the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan held a regular monitoring, according to the Ministry of Economic Development.
In the course of the monitoring in Baku, Gusar, Balaken there was revealed about a ton of expired food products - confectionery and meat products, butter, canned fish, beer and soft drinks.
These stores locate in Baku, Gusar and Balakan:
- Baku, Nizami district, food shop "Ganja oriental sweets", "White Market", "Chinar", "Ruslan 93" and "Sputnik";
- City Gusar, trade object (owner G. Badalov);
- City Balakan, trade object (owner A. Budur);
The revealed expired food products removed from sale and terminated.
In this regard, protocols on administrative violations have been worked out on a legal entity and 6 individuals. Those who have committed the offense will be fined in accordance with the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic "On Administrative Violations".
