Gazprom again offered to Azerbaijan to purchase the whole volume of its gas, said official representative of Gazprom Sergey Kupriyanov at a briefing on December 24.
At the same time, he did not elaborate on the price aspect of this proposal and the terms of possible launching of Azeri gas supplies to Russia. "Our proposals are interesting and talks are currently underway", said Kupriyanov.
"We have the due infrastructure, which has earlier been used for such supplies", said he.
It should be reminded that on June 3 President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev with chairman of Gazprom Alexei Miller in Baku. The sides agreed on Gazprom's purchase of Azerbaijani gas for market prices on basis of a long-term agreement.
