The SOCAR department of marketing and economic operations declared a purchaser of 1,200 barrels of REBCO oil.
Day.Az reports with reference to SOCAR press service that this is Vitol S.A (Switzerland).
Oil is to be shipped in two lots from the Novorossiysk port. The first oil shipment will be shipped on January 15-16, while the second on January 27-28 of 2009.
It should be noted that this is the first Azerbaijani oil shipment, shipped from Novorossiysk port in 2009. It should be noted that SOCAR started oil export by the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline in 1997.
