Azerbaijan exported a total of 9.659 million tonnes of oil during January-April, 65.2% more than the same period last year.

Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) sent abroad 7.380 million tonnes of oil, up 70.3% from a year earlier.

As APA reports, no oil was pumped via Baku-Supsa pipeline during this period.

749,125 tonnes of oil were delivered to Georgia's Batumi Port by railway with more than two times decline.

Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline transported 880,218 tonnes of oil during January and April, with a year-on-year decline of 42.7%.

Besides, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline exported 7.934 million tonnes of tonnes of Azeri oil plus 95,654 tonnes of condensate from Shah Deniz field.

Azerbaijan exported a total of 22.127 million tonnes of oil during 2006, of which 20.955 million tonnes were pumped by the AIOC.
