The State Committee for Securities has registered OJSC Turanbank's issue prospectus for ordinary book-entry stocks. The amount of the issue is AZN 1,000,000, face value per stock AZN 1,000.
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held through the public subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange. Standard Capital LLC will underwrite the placement of stocks. The potential bidders can apply to any Baku Stock Exchange-member organization having a brokerage license. APA-Economics
