Communication and information Technologies Minister Ali Abbasov in the frame of his visit to the USA signed partnership memorandum with California University.
Anderson Management School of California University will exchange students and experts; and at the same time will conduct trainings. This school has signed this kind of contract only with Azerbaijan among CIS countries. The Minister has also said analogical contract with San Jose State University, APA reports.
