As of November 1, Tekhnikabank JSC has allowed 65 mortgages. The total amount of the mortgages is AZN 1 430 000.
"The average mortgage is AZN 22 318, average term is 10 years, average mortgage borrower is 32 year old. Technikabank has given mortgages in Sumgait and Mingechevir, Ganja, and Baku. The borrowers pay average AZN 250 a month," chair of the management board of the Bank, Samir Huseynov told APA. Technikabank issues mortgages by 8%-annual rate of interest.
