Azerbaijan's State Independence Day marked in UAE

Day of state independence of Azerbaijan was celebrated in UAE, State Committee on Work with Diaspora said. The event brought together representatives of Azerbaijani and Turkish Diasporas, Iraqi Turkmens. Chairman of Azerbaijani society in Dubai Samir Imanov spoke of history of independence regained on October 18, 1991. Representative of Turkish Diaspora hailed Azerbaijani-Turkish relations. The participants also watched documentary on Azerbaijan`s progress.
