Azeri chess player Eltaj Safarli beat Mexican grandmaster Manuel Leon in Villa-de-Benasque tournament, Spain. He now shares 1-3rd places with 6,5 points.
Safarli will face Armenian Hrant Melkumyan in 8th round.
