Azerbaijani table tennis players battle for world medals

Azerbaijan's national table tennis team are competing in the 50th World Championship in Moscow, which brings together 800 players from 116 countries.
The Azerbaijani men's team lost their opening game to Kyrgyzstan, before defeating Barbados in the second round. In the women's event, Azerbaijan beat Guernsey 3-0 in their opener, while the second round saw them suffer a 1-3 defeat from South Africa.
