Azerbaijan fencer claims silver in international tournament

Azerbaijani athlete Nazrin Alizade has ranked third among the 51 athletes at an international tournament held among adolescents in Pyatigorsk on Feb. 25-28, Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Fencing Federation Ramin Mammadov said.

"In teams competitions held on Feb. 28, our fencers lost in the struggle for semi-final to Russian team with a score of 44:45 and took fifth place," Mammadov added.
