Azerbaijani Neftchi sign Brazilian footballer

Azerbaijani football club Neftchi have signed a two-year contract with Brazilian Caue Cecilio da Silva.

The Brazilian footballer had previously played for Portuguese and Romanian clubs.

“Before coming here I`ve had good relations with Brazilian footballers Carlos Cardoso and Bruno Bertucci who play in the Azerbaijani league. So I`m sure my adaptation will pass quickly,” da Silva told journalists.

“I promise the management and coaches of the club and all the fans that I will try my best to perform successfully both in the Europa League and the Azerbaijani national league,” the Brazilian footballer added.
