Azerbaijani emergency situations ministry’s activities appraised

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kamaleddin Heydarov received the delegation led by Deputy Secretary General of the International Civil Defense Organization (ICDO) Vladimir Kuvshinov.

The minister gave detailed information about the activity of the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ agencies. The minister also dwelled on the activities related to the improvement of relations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations with the international and regional organizations, relevant agencies of the foreign states.

Vladimir Kuvshinov highly appreciated the activity of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, welcomed the participation of the ministry’s representatives in the events organized by the ICDO, underlined the importance of exchanging experience. The meeting also focused on preparation of the joint cooperation plan.
