
A two-day international conference titled “Effective state management: today`s challenges” was continued today in sections. The conference is being held at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Reports on legal and political-economic bases of effective state management, E-government and e-services and other aspects were delivered. Representative of Istanbul University (Eurasian Institute) Eyyub Zengin informed on Turkish state management experience, transparent management principles and conditions stipulated by legislative acts in his country.
Head of the social policy standing committee of Azerbaijan Parliament Hadi Rajabli spoke of the improvement of welfare of people as the key goal of effective state management, highlighting the ongoing processes in social security of people in the wake of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Azerbaijan MP said the changes in state management serve improvement of welfare of the population. The Conference is in process.
