Azerbaijan should develop strategy to protect maternal and newborn health

The World Health Organization (WHO) thinks that Azerbaijan should prepare a strategy to protect the health of children and adolescents, including the area of protecting maternal and newborn health, the WHO European regional office told Trend today.

It is necessary to take into account the views of Azerbaijan's all state sectors, international agencies and NGOs, the bureau said.In general, Azerbaijan improves the health of children and adolescents, the bureau said.
