Child Rights Month started in Azerbaijan

Annual Child Rights Months has been started in Azerbaijan. Heads of the non-governmental organizations for protection of child rights joined Ombudsperson Elmira Suleymanova in the press conference held at her office on Friday.

Suleymanova said Child Rights Month events would be held throughout the country from October 20 to November 20 and later the regional organizations would report to the Ombudsperson’s Office.

Chairman of the NGO Alliance for Child Rights Nazir Guliyev and others also spoke about the significance of this event and current problems.
