Armed incident on Azerbaijan-Iran borders

An armed incident took place on Azerbaijan-Iran borders, law-enforcement sources said.

The incident occurred in the evening on October 19 in Bilasuvar region of Azerbaijan bordering with Iran. A trespasser attempting to cross from Iran into Azerbaijan was rendered harmless by the Azerbaijani border guards. He has not been identified yet.

The fact is investigated.
