A standard complex installed in Laboratory of Electric Quantity Units of National Metrology Center under the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents was approved as a State preliminary Time and Frequency Standard.
According to State Committee, the standard complex includes US production GPS receiver synchronizer time and frequency standard (Fluke910R) and timer-counter analyzer (Fluke6690).
The main principle of Time and Frequency standard is to receive the very precise carrier frequencies from artificial satellite via GPS antenna, synchronize the Time and Frequency standard and broadcast the very precise time in the republic to all telecommunication systems. Standard will be applied in communication, transport, production, health and other spheres.
