German and Azerbaijani metrology authorities sign protocol of intent

Azerbaijan`s State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents (AZSTAND) and the National Metrology Institute of Germany (PTB) have signed a protocol of intent. The protocol envisage implementation of a metrology development project in 2011, which will see conduct of trainings for calibration lab specialist and preparation of quality manuals.
