"Azerigaz" sues Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

SOCAR's "Azerigaz" Industrial Union sued Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). Azerigaz appealed to Baku Local Economic Court #1 demanding payment of gas debts by ANAS. It has been noted in the pretension that amount of the debt is AZN 17 000.

Preliminary preparation meeting of the judicial trial on the basis of pretension has been held today. The process is set to continue.
