Baku Court of Appeal releases Adnan Hajizade

Baku Court of Appeal considered Adnan Hajizade's complaint and decided to release him on Thursday, lawyer Isakhan Ashurov told Trend. The Court decided to replace the rest part of the sentence term, which the detainee was supposed to spend in jail, by a suspended sentence.

Hajizadeh and Emin Milli were arrested on July 8 last year after an incident in one of the restaurants in Baku. Emin Milli was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and Hajizade - to two years in prison.
