Next FAO regional conference to be held in Baku

The 28th regional conference of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the 37th session of European Commission on Agriculture will be held in Baku, in 2012, Minister of Agriculture Ismat Abbasov told journalists in Yerevan.

According to him, Economy of Azerbaijan gradually develops. The 48% of population lives in the villages.

Note that, the delegation led by I.Abbasov participate in the 27th regional conference of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the 37th session of European Commission on Agriculture in Yerevan. Deputy Head of Section for International Relations of the Ministry of Agriculture Rashad Majidov and chief of Agrolizing Public Cooperation Ali Bayramov are in the composition of the delegation headed by Abbasov.
