Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences president meets Swiss energy scientists

President of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), academician Mahmud Karimov has met a delegation of Swiss energy scientists and experts. Karimov highlighted Azerbaijan's achievements in energy sector.

“The country has been rapidly developing its energy sector.”

He emphasized the National Academy`s cooperation with European scientific organizations. Arif Hashimov, vice-president of ANAS, hailed economic relations between the two countries.

Members of the Swiss delegation praised Azerbaijan`s economic achievements. The sides also discussed a bilateral agreement to be signed between the Azerbaijani and Swiss energy ministries.
