Two soldiers arrested for incident in Ganja Military unit

Soldier Fuad Hasanov drafted form Shaki Military Registration Department who shot at four soldiers and other soldier of the unit Fuad Garaisayev were held accountable.

Republic Prosecutor's Office confirmed the fact and told the APA that criminal case was launched against the soldiers on the Articles on deliberate murder, illegal arm keeping, insult, beating and torture of servicemen.

The investigations found that Garaisayev used to torture soldiers. That is why they argued with Hasanov and as the result of it Hasanov opened fire around and wounded four soldiers.

On December 16 newly drafted soldier Fuad Hasanov opened fire on four old soldiers by submachine gun. The wounded soldiers Jeyhun Mikayilov, Elchin Mammadov and Vugar Mammadov, Vusal Seidov were taken to military hospital, but Hasanov died there. The soldiers are being treated in hospital.
