Diamed Medical Center shuted down

One of the causes of the suspension is the conditions at the institution which could have negative influence on the health of the population, the ministry's press service told the APA.

Despite the warnings of the Health and Economic Development Ministries, the medical institution the institution has not eliminated the shortfalls discovered during the inspections in summer last year.

The ministry's press service head Anar Gedirli stated that the Ministry can consider the license issue if Diamed appeals for that.

The medical institution refused to comment on this issue. According to the inspections conducted by the Health and Economic Development Ministries, the branches of Diamed situated in Garayev 54 and in Mingechevir function without license and use expired reagents in the labs.
