Haji Mammadov: "Let me leave the trial"

As APA reports, 26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev.

Today the video tape recording of the confrontation between accused Novruz Nuriyev and witness Said Mehdiyev was displayed.

Nuriyev said that he saw Novruzov ran away from the office on the day when Rena was killed. Then the video tape recording of the confrontation between Nishad Abdullvahabov and Aslanbek Chintamirov was displayed.

Abdulvahabov and Chentamirov said that Ismayilov took part in the robbery of the house near Malakan Park, in micro district 3, and Mehdiabad settlement in Bineli Allahyarov's house, but Ismayilov denied what he said.

Then the video tape recording of testimonies of accused Chintamirov and Musa Dabuyev on the episode of Ogtay Babayev and Murad Kazimov's kidnapping. The accused showed the place where they kidnapped and detained Babayev and Kazimov.

After ten minutes interval accused Haji Mammadov stood up and said that he can not present in the trial because of his health problems. The judge mentioned that Haji was checked up by the doctor during the interval but any needed document was given for him not to participate in the trial.

"I am ill and can not sit in the trial. Let me leave the trial I do not want to be insulted here," he said.

The judge ordered him to leave the trial because of disrespect the court. The trial will be continued in the second part of the day.
