Police forces remove Azadliq from its building

Director of Turan press agency Mehman Aliyev and attorney of Azadliq Tofiq Quliyev held a press conference a few minutes ago. Mehman Aliyev noted that he will appeal to Court of Appeals. Tofiq Quliyev claimed that the judgment was unjust.

At present, 10 police officers of Sabail entered their residence to carry out the execution. The representatives of OSCE Baku office and some parliamentarians are observing the event. Attempts to delay execution till tomorrow resulted in failure. Two representatives of each committee were allowed to observe the removal process.

Baku Main Police Board Deputy Chief, Yashar Aliyev told journalists that employees are allowed the packing. He noted that these organizations were offered places by State Committee Public Property for Management. In case of resistance, SCPPM and Justice Officers will remove anyway, APA reports.
