Transport Ministry begins to safety checks in buses

As from today the Ministry of Transportation of Azerbaijan is checking and monitoring safety of intercity and in-city passenger buses.

The ministry has also warned the bus companies to ensure and strengthen the safety of passengers.

Besides, the ministry also beefed up control over license issuing to the passenger carriers. The examination and monitoring of safety will be conducted throughout the country, the Ministry told APA.
