Baku police conducts raids on nightclubs

Baku Police Department conducted raids on nightclubs in the capital to reinforce struggle against cases damaging public moral.

As APA reports during the raids on "Reins" and "New Sky Life" nightclubs in the center of Baku, police officers detained eight persons. Four of them were released. Three of the rest four were teenage girls and one teenage boy.

Police Department juvenile officer, Lieutenant Colonel Huseyin Mehdiyev told that the police will control the detained four teenagers.

The abovementioned nightclubs were warned against such cases. The police officer said the raids aim to prevent teenagers, especially girls to get into immoral actions.

"Teenagers are categorically forbidden to go to bars. Owners of nightclubs allow teenagers to the bars drawing them into immoral acts. We have many times revealed such facts during raids. The teenagers coming to nightclubs at nights hide their document," the juvenile officer said.

Mehdiyev said these raids will be carried out intensively.
