Foster families need support

Azerbaijan has offered the implementation of incentives for foster families willing to take care of orphaned children. The government proposes offering funds to middle-income families to adopt the children, Education Ministry official Malahat Hajiyeva told Trend. Three-month training will be held for those wishing to take custody of such children, Hajiyeva said.
