Be ready for 'changeable weather'

Variable weather typical of March, frequent substitution of occasionally strengthening northern and southern winds are predicted from March 6 to March 8. Mild fluctuation of meteorological determinants in Absheron peninsula is considered unsuitable for meteorologically vulnerable people.


The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported that the weather will be chiefly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula tomorrow.
Intermittently strengthening temperate south-western wind will blow in the afternoon.  The temperature is expected to be 0-2 C at night, +8-12 C in the afternoon.

The weather will be mostly rainless also in the regions.  Mist will be in some places at night and in the morning. South-western wind will blow, will intensify off and on mainly in the mountainous areas.

The temperature will be -1 C to +4 C at night, +11-16 C in the afternoon, -6-11 C in the mountains at night, and +5-10 C in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas is forecast to be -10-15 C.
