Snow returns back

The weather is predicted to be interruptedly rainy in Baku and Absheron peninsula tomorrow. North-eastern wind will blow. According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources the temperature will be 0-2 C at night, +3-6 C in the afternoon.

The weather is forecasted to be intermittently rainy in the regions. Sleet and snow are expected in the mountainous and foothills regions. Western wind will blow. The temperature will be 0-4 C at night, +8-13 C in the afternoon, -3-8 C in the mountains at night, and -2 C to +3 C in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas will be -8-13 C.

According to perennial observations, on February 29, record daily temperature for that day was reported again since 2008, i.e. maximum temperature was reported +16?C, while average daily temperature was issued to be 6?C above the climate norm.
