The temperature is expected to be nigh to the climate norm in the first decade, while partly less than norm in some days of second and third decades.  Monthly rainfall is forecast to be close to the climate norm, while partially more than norm in some places.

In Baku and Absheron peninsula

Average monthly temperature (AMT) is predicted to be +2-5 ?C, which is close to the climate norm, and slightly low. The temperature will be +1-3?C at night, -2-7?C in several days, +5-10?C in the afternoon, up to +12?C in the first half of the first decade, while -2?C to +3?C in some days.

Monthly precipitation is expected to be nigh to the climate norm (norm – 18-28 mm), while partly more than norm in some places.

In Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic (NAR)

Average monthly temperature (AMT) is forecast to be -2-6?C, that is close to the climate norm, and partially low. The temperature will be -8-13?C at night, -20-25?C in several days, -3?C to +2?C in the afternoon, and -5-10?C in some days. Monthly rainfall is expected to be nigh to the climate norm (norm - 14-25 mm).

In Nagorno-Karabakh: Khankandi, Shusha, Khojali, Khojavand, Gubadli, Zangilan, Lachin, Kalbajar, Dashkasan, Gadabay regions

Average monthly temperature (AMT) is predicted to be -1-4?C, which is close to the climate norm, and slightly low. The temperature will be -3-8?C at night, -15-20?C in some days, -2?C to +3?C in the afternoon, and -5-8?C in some days.
