Israel appoints new non-resident ambassador to Armenia

The former head of CIS department at Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministry Shmuel Meirom, who until recently occupied the post of Israeli Ambassador to Croatia, was appointed non–resident Ambassador to Armenia and Tajikistan.

As IzRus news portal reported, this will be Meirom's last position, as he will retire in 2 or 3 years.

The Ambassador's residence will be located in Jerusalem.
