Armenia's Parliamentary Speaker says Armenia will ratify protocols after Turkey

The Armenian Parliament will ratify Armenia-Turkey Protocols only after Turkey does so, Armenia's Parliamentary Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan said at the NATO PA Rose-Rot seminar opened today in Yerevan.

According to him, Armenia considers reconciliation with Turkey with no preconditions, which is stipulated by the Protocols.

Abrahamyan believes that normalization between the two countries will promote regional cooperation.
