Georgia's late president's widow wants to bury husband in patrimonial residence

An incident occurred at the grave of the late president of Georgia, Zviad Gamsakhurdia on Mtatsmina Pantheon today.
The widow of Georgia's first president went to the grave and trying to dig out the coffin of her husband to bury him in the yard of the patrimonial residence called the Kolkhuri Tower.

The religious leaders serving in the Mama Daviti Church halted Manana Archvadze and tried to convince her that the decision was incorrect.

The widow of the president said she would dig out and place the coffin of the late president to the prison, where her son, Tsotne Gamsakhurdia is held.

Tsotne Gamsakhurdia is charged with premeditated murder attempt.

Police appeared at Pantheon to control the situation.
