Iranian Companies Attend In Baghdad International Exhibition

Baghdad 36th International exhibition launched today and 51 Iranian company took part in the event, said Kazemi Qomi, the Iranian ambassador to Iraq.

The Iranian companies active in various fields including medicine, construction materials, washing and cleaning materials, chinaware, weaving, engineering and technical services, foodstuffs and so on have participated in the event. More than 32 countries from all over the world attended the event, Qomi said.

Iraqi government intends to show its seriousness in trade and reconstruction, despite the recent explosions in Baghdad, Qomi mentioned.

He also pointed out that the number of participating companies in this international event is about 350 and it indicates the foreign investors’ willingness toward Iraqi market.

Baghdad international exhibition is supposed to be running for 10 days.
“Reconstruction and foreign investment” is chosen as the motto of the event.
