Several policemen killed as bomb explodes in Iran

A bomb explosion in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan province has claimed the lives of several policemen, the province’s police commander Hossein Rahimi said, IRNA news agency reported.

This is while Iran’s Fars news agency reported that three policemen were killed and several people were injured as a result of the incident.

Rahimi said that the details of the incident will be made public later.

Recently, a series of terrorist attacks claiming many lives have been committed in south-eastern Iran by the opposition forces positioning themselves as supporters of Sunni and Baluch minorities.
