
Georgian President submitted nomination of Georgian ambassadorial nominations to the parliament. As Georgian Parliament said on Tuesday, Mikheil Saakashvili submitted the nominations of five ambassadors for approval.
Saakashvili nominated the following persons as ambassadors: Khatuna Salukvadze to Lithuania, Teimuraz Sharashenidze to Azerbaijan, Zurab Pataridze to Kazakhstan and Irakli Koplatadze to Turkey.
Konstantin Korkelia has been nominated as the Permanent Representative of Georgia to the Council of Europe
Ambassadorial nominations will be approved by MPs during the next session of the parliament.
