Free movement of vehicles on the roads was impossible as a result of flooding.
Rescuers and fire trucks, which pumped out water from buildings and private homes worked all the night.
There were no casualties. Infrastructure was severely damaged, and the citizens were affected.
Damages caused by flooding are being calculated at present.
