Quake jolts Iran

An earthquake measuring 3.7 on Richter scale took place near the Firuzabad city in the Iranian Fars Province, Iranian television official news website reported.

According to the Seismological Center at the Tehran University's Geophysics Institute, the earthquake took place at 00:23 (local time) this night.

No damage and injured is reported as a result of the earthquake.
