871 prisoners pardoned in Iran

The Iranian supreme religious leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei issued a pardon decree.

APA reports quoting khamanei.ir website that this decree will be applied to 871 prisoners.

Some prisoners’ punishment will be mitigated and the others will be released according to the decree signed on June 17.
