Karabakh Liberation Organization to hold Karabakh forum of IDPs

The Karabakh Liberation Organization will hold the Karabakh forum of refugees in Baku.
The forum will take place on Jan. 15.

Representatives of internally displaced persons in Baku and country’s regions will attend the forum.
