New speaker of Turkish parliament elected

New speaker of Turkish parliament has been elected, Turkish media reported.
Parliamentarian from the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) Mehmet Ali Sahin gained 338 votes in the third round of the voting and was elected speaker of the parliament.

The other candidates Ilhan Kesici from Republican People’s Party got 103, Munir Kutluata from the Nationalist Movement Party 66 votes and non-party Kamer Cenc from Tunceli 1 vote.
