According to MP Gular Ahmedova, the speech of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Milli Medjlis "complied with friendly relations between the two countries".

"By this statement Erdoĝan has completely clarified the questions that have arisen from the Azeri public and in particular that of Parliament. He noted that no problem can not cast a shadow on the friendship between Azerbaijan and Turkey. His speech proved that the two countries do not have problems, just Armenian propaganda has tried to cast a shadow on relations between the two countries and peoples. But, as you can see, the Armenian lobby and advocacy have not been able to achieve their goals".
According to the deputy, it became clear from Erdogan's speech that Turkey will not open borders with Armenia before the resolution of the Karabakh conflict.
