The OSCE Minsk Group Russian co-chair Yuri Merzliakov gave interview to Moscow’s Echo radio station and expressed his position on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution and the Armenian-Turkish relations.
“When starting the Armenian-Turkish dialogue the parties, I mean Turkey and Armenia, made agreements to move forward without preconditions. Before, Turkey had NKR conflict resolution as a precondition.
