Karabakh conflict not linked to Armenian-Turkish reconciliation:MP

Resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is not linked directly to normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations but progress in Karabakh talks can be positive for the process, research director of the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute Svante Cornell told PanARMENIAN.Net.

“The process of normalization of relations is supported by governments of the two states and by Obama administration,” he said.
