Iranian ambassador to Azerbaijan to be replaced soon

The ambassador of Iran to Azerbaijan will be replaced soon, the Iranian ambassador to Azerbaijan Nasir Hamidi Zare briefed the media on April 10.
He said that currently candidature of Behrami is considered. He was elected Iranian MP twice.

Sami Behrami, from Iran's province of Hamadan, is now the professor at one of private universities in Iran.

Zare has been working in Azerbaijan for nearly five years - three years in Nakhchivan and nearly two years as ambassador to Azerbaijan.

The ambassador intends to go back to Tehran, Foreign Ministry of Iran. The candidature of the new ambassador is expected to be approved soon.  

This will take place by the presidential elections in Iran, Zare said. Presidential elections in Iranwill take place on June 12.
