Azerbaijani Consul General to Los-Angeles addresses members of American Jewish Committee

Suleymanov provided information about the relations between Azerbaijan and AJC and stressed the further expansion of cooperation between the sides. The Consul General mentioned the important visit of David A Harris, AJC Executive Director to Azerbaijan in 2008. Suleymanov spoke about the tolerance in Azerbaijan and active role of Jewish Community in socio-political life of Azerbaijan. The meeting covered the energy projects and prospects of cooperation between regional countries on implementation of these projects. Suleymanov underlined that aggressive and racial statements made by radicals of Armenian Community did not coincide with tolerant and multicultural spirit of the US and California.
